YO YO SLICE
Low fat recipe with sweetener instead of sugar
SERVING SIZE:

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups flour
½ cup custard powder
100g butter
1tsp Hansells Vanilla Essence
2 tblsp water
2 tsp Sucaryl liquid sweetener
½ cup sugar-free raspberry jam
INSTRUCTIONS:
Sift flour and custard powder into a bowl. Rub in butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Mix in vanilla, water and Sucaryl. Press half the dough into the base of a baking paper lined 21 x 17cm slice tin. Spread with raspberry jam. Sprinkle remaining dough over top of jam. Bake at 180°C for 20 to 25 minutes or until slice is lightly golden and cooked. Cut into eight slices.
