VEAL PAPRIKA

This dish has a nice creamy sauce without the fat of using cream

SERVING SIZE:

INGREDIENTS:

4 beef schnitzels
2 tablespoons oil
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups beef stock
1 tablespoon tomato paste
3/4 cup Hansells Natural Real Yoghurt
chopped parsley
 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Trim schnitzel into even-sized pieces. Heat oil in a frying pand and brown meat on both sides. Remove from pan.Peel onion and chop finely. Crush, peel and chop garlic.Saut� onion and garlic in fying pan for 5 minutes or until clear. Add paprika, salt and flour.Gradually stir in the stock, stirring until the mixture boils and thickens.Stir in the tomato paste. Add the meat to the sauce. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.Stir in the Real Yoghurt. Bring to the boil but do not boil.Place in a serving dish and garnish with chopped parsley.
