TANDOORI NUTS
Prepare this tasty snack food in advance and store in an airtight container
SERVING SIZE:
Makes about 3 cups
INGREDIENTS:
½ cup prepared Creamy Greek Real Yoghurt
1 tablespoon Brindavin Hot Curry Power
1 tablespoon Alfa One Rice Bran Oil
3 cups mixed nuts
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix Real Yoghurt, curry powder and oil together in a bowl.
Add nuts and toss to coat.
Place nuts on a baking paper line oven tray and dry roast at 150 degrees C for 30 minutes or until dry and lightly golden.
When cold, store in an airtight container.
