STRAWBERRY MELTING MOMENTS

Fantastic pretty melting moments that can be bite sized or standard size.

INGREDIENTS:

Biscuit Ingredients

200g soften butter
75g icing sugar
2tsp Hansells gourmet vanilla extract
125g cornflour
125g flour
Pinch salt
1/2tsp Hansells baking powder
 

Icing

8-10 Tbsp icing sugar
2t Hansells Strawberry Essence
Add Hansells pink food colouring until you reach your desired shade.
 

SERVING SUGGESTION:

If you have time, refrigerate the pressed dough balls for about 10mins. This helps to retain their perfect shape.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cream butter and sugar
Add cornflour, flour, salt and baking powder, until combined
Roll into tablespoon size balls, place onto lined baking tray
Press lightly with fork
Bake for approx. 10-15mins at 160
 

Icing: Mix all ingredients until smooth. Spread or pipe icing on biscuit and sandwich with another biscuit.
