SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH REAL YOGHURT AND CHIVES
Making scrambled eggs with Real Yoghurt adds a new dimension to this simple, popular dish.
SERVING SIZE:
Serves 1
INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
2 tablespoons Hansells Natural Real Yoghurt
2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
salt
freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon butter
2 slices wholegrain toast
INSTRUCTIONS:
Lightly beat eggs and Real Yoghurt together until combined.
Mix in chives, salt and pepper.
Melt butter in a small frying pan.
Pour in egg mixture and cook over a medium heat until beginning to set.
Drag a wooden spoon through mixture to let uncooked mixture run through to cook.
The mixture should form large clots.
Serve with wholegrain toast.
