SATAY CHICKEN KEBABS
Always a popular choice at BBQ's
SERVING SIZE:
Serves 4-6
INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
2 teaspoons ground coriander
1 cup Hansells Real Yoghurt Natural or Lite
3 large skinless, boneless chicken breasts
SERVING SUGGESTION:
Add vegetables in between each piece of chicken.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix together the peanut butter, lemon juice, ginger, coriander and Real Yoghurt.
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
Pour the Real Yoghurt mixture over the chicken, cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours.
Thread the chicken onto skewers.
Grill gently until cooked and browned
