REAL YOGHURT ICEBLOCKS

INGREDIENTS:

2 tablespoons water

1 teaspoon gelatine

2 cups prepared Hansells Real Yoghurt

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Place the water in a saucepan and sprinkle over the gelatine. Stand for a few  minutes while the gelatine swells. Gently heat, stirring constantly, until the gelatine is completely dissolved. Set aside to cool to room temperature.

Place Hansells Real Yoghurt in a bowl. Gently stir in the gelatine.

Pour into ice block containers and freeze until required.
