INGREDIENTS:

1 sachet gelatin
¼ cup milk
500ml cream
¼ cup Baker Halls Lime Fruit Syrup
2 teaspoons grated lime rind
To Serve
Strawberries
Baker Halls Lime Fruit Syrup
 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Sprinkle gelatin over milk and leave for 2 to 3 minutes to swell. Combine 1 cup of cream, Baker Halls Lime Fruit Syrup and lime rind in a saucepan. Bring almost to the boil. Do not boil. Remove from heat and pour over gelatin stirring to dissolve gelatin. Cool. Whip remaining cream to soft peaks and fold into cooled mixture. Pour into six ½ cup capacity wet moulds. Refrigerate until set. Unmould onto serving plates and serve with strawberries drizzled with Baker Halls Lime Fruit Syrup.
