MULLED WINTER WINE

Serving size: Makes 3 ½ cups

Warm up in winter with this wine - or enjoy at Christmas time

SERVING SIZE:

Makes 3 ½ cups

INGREDIENTS:

750ml bottle full bodied red wine
½ cup Baker Halls Cranberry and Blackcurrant Fruit Syrup
1 cinnamon quill
½ teaspoon ground cloves
1 lemon
1 tablespoon sugar
 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Pour wine into a large saucepan. Add Baker Halls Cranberry and Blackcurrant Fruit Syrup, cinnamon quill and cloves. Cut lemon in half and squeeze in juice. Add cut lemon to pan. Simmer for 5 minutes before serving hot.
