MUESLI BISCUITS
Tasty biscuits without the sugar
SERVING SIZE:
Makes about 20
INGREDIENTS:
100g butter
2 tsp Sucaryl liquid sweetener
1 egg
½ tsp Hansells Baking Soda
½ cup wholemeal flour
2 cups natural unsweetened muesli
1 tsp Hansells Vanilla Essence
INSTRUCTIONS:
Melt butter in a saucepan large enough to mix all the ingredients. Remove from heat.
Cool slightly then mix in Sucaryl and egg.
Sift baking soda and flour into butter mixture, returning husks left in sifter from wholemeal flour, to mixture.
Add muesli and vanilla and mix to combine.
Place heaped tablespoons of mixture on a greased oven tray, allowing room for spreading.Flatten slightly with a fork.
Bake at 190°C for 10 minutes or until cooked and golden.
