6 mint leaves
2 tablespoons Baker Halls Lime Fruit Juice Syrup
4 tablespoons white rum or vodka
1 stalk lemon grass
Cut limes into quarters. Place in a cocktail shaker or large jar. Rip mint leaves and add to shaker with lime fruit juice syrup and rum or vodka. Shake lightly to muddle flavours. Pour over ice into a tall glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a stalk of lemon grass.
