HUMMUS DIP

Serving size: Makes about 2 cups

Yum - very versatile in the kitchen

SERVING SIZE:

Makes about 2 cups

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas (can use canned)
1/4 cup tahini
1 clove garlic, crushed
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup Hansells Natural or Lite Real Yoghurt
salt and pepper to taste
 

SERVING SUGGESTION:

Serve with pita wedges, fresh bread or carrot and celery sticks.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth creamy paste.
