FRUITY BRAN MUFFINS
Fabulous bran muffins make an ideal snack
INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons golden syrup
60 ml (1/4 cup) salad oil
2 eggs
250 ml (1 cup) milk
1 teaspoon Hansells Vanilla Essence
125 g (1/2 cup) raw sugar
90 g (1 ½ cups) bran
150 g (1 cup) sultanas or mixed dried fruit (chopped)
150 g (1 cup) flour
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Hansells Baking Soda
½ teaspoon Hansells Cream of Tartar
INSTRUCTIONS:
Beat together the first 7 ingredients until well mixedAdd the dried fruitSift together the flour, salt, Hansells Baking Soda and Hansells Cream of TartarFold together all ingredients until just combinedPlace in greased muffin pans and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes
