COCONUT CRISPIES
Simple crispie biscuit recipe - coconut essence is great to have on hand instead of real coconut

Makes 3 dozen
INGREDIENTS:
100g butters
100g sugar
1 small egg
1t HANSELLS COCONUT ESSENCE
200g flour
½t baking powder
pinch salt
cherries or candied peel for decoration
INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat oven to160�C (325�F)Cream butter and sugarAdd Hansells coconut essence and the egg unbeatenBeat till creamySift flour, baking powder and salt together. Fold into the mixturePlace in teaspoon full lots on cold greased oven tray. Decorate with cherry or peel.Bake approximately 15 minutes
