CHOCOLATE MUFFINS

Easy to prepare Chocolate Muffins without the Sugar

INGREDIENTS:

1 ¼ cups flour
¼ cup cocoa
2 tsp Hansells Baking Powder
1 tblsp Sucaryl liquid sweetener
2 eggs
¾ cup low fat milk
 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder into a bowl.Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients.

Lightly beat Sucaryl, eggs and milk together until combined.

Pour into the well and quickly mix with a fork until ingredients are just combined.

Three-quarter fill greased muffin tins with the mixture.

Bake at 190°C for 12 to 15 minutes or until muffins spring back when lightly touched.
