CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT & STRAWBERRY PUDDING

INGREDIENTS:
Preparation: 10 minutes + 10 to soak
Cooking: 45 minutes
Rice bran oil cooking spray
2 x 210g packets Aunt Betty’s Sensational Chocolate & Hazelnut Steamed Puddings
300ml cream
21⁄2 cups milk
5 eggs
1⁄3 cup caster sugar
250g strawberries, sliced
Icing sugar, to dust
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Spray a 7-cup rectangular ovenproof dish with oil. Remove foil seals from steamed pudding tubs. Microwave each tub on High (100%) for 15 seconds. Turn out onto a chopping board; cool slightly, then chop roughly. Arrange over base of prepared dish; add sauce from tubs.
2. Whisk cream, milk, eggs and sugar in a jug. Pour over puddings in dish; stand for 10 minutes. Bake for 15 minutes.
3. Top with berries. Bake for 30 minutes or until just set. Stand for 5 minutes. Serve dusted with icing sugar.
