CHOCOLATE BROWNIE
Finally a no sugar brownie recipe
INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup cocoa
¼ cup hot water
100 g butter
3 tsp Sucaryl liquid sweetener
1tsp Hansells Vanilla Essence
3 eggs
1 cup flour
2 tsp Hansells Baking Powder
Icing sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix cocoa and water together in a saucepan large enough to mix all the ingredients. Add butter and heat until melted. Remove from heat and add Sucaryl, vanilla and eggs. Beat until combined. Sift in flour and baking powder and beat until combined. Pour into a baking paper-lined 5cm square cake tin. Bake at 180° for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked. Cool. Dust with icing sugar and then cut into fingers.
