BANANA, REAL YOGHURT AND CUMIN DIP
Serve with poppadoms
SERVING SIZE:
Makes 2 cups
INGREDIENTS:
1 clove garlic
1 small onion
1 tablespoon peanut oil
2 ripe bananas
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
pepper poppadoms
1/2 cup Hansells Natural Real Yoghurt
fresh coriander
SERVING SUGGESTION:
Serve with poppadoms
INSTRUCTIONS:
Crush, peel and chop garlic.Peel and chop onion.Heat oil in a frying pan and saute onion and garlic for 5 minutes or until clear.Peel bananas and place with onion and garlic in a blender or food processor.Add lemon juice, cumin, salt and pepper.Process until smooth.Mix in Real Yoghurt until combined.Garnish with coriander.
