Directions:
1- Preheat oven tyo 190 deg.
2- Emprty contents of sponge pudding sachet into a small mixing bowl.
3- Add 45 ml (3bsp_ skin milk and mix with a wooden spoon or an electric beater (medium speed) for 1 minute
4- Pour batter into two oven proof bowls or ramekins (250ml capacity)
5- Sprinkle contents of sauce sachet evenly over both puddings.
6- Pour 1/4 cup (60ml) boiling water gently over top of each pudding. For best Results pour the water carefully over the back of a spoon
7- Bake for 20 minutes.
