Real Yoghurt Maker
half fill the Real Yoghurt Maker container with cold water (15-20 deg). Add a little hot water during cold months. Add one sachet of Hansells Real Yoghurt mix and shake well. Fill to the 1 litre level with cold water. Shake again. Release air from container and reseal.
Pour boiling water into the Real Yoghurt Maker up to the level line inside. Place the container in your Real Yoghurt Maker and put the lid on without delay.
Leave undisturbed for 10-12 hours. In cold temperatures, wrap with a towel, or place in your hot water cupboard to set. If you forget and leave the container inside the Real Yoghurt Maker, the yoghurt will not spoil up to 24 hours. Once set, place Real Yoghurt in the refrigerator. Some separation may occur. Lightly stir before serving to produce a smooth texture.
CAUTION:Use only clean drinking water. If unsure, boil water first and allow to cool before use.
