Traditionally steamed moist sponge smothered in a delicious golden syrup sauce, with natural colours and flavours. Slow steamed to perfection, these deliciously rich and moist individual sponge puddings have been prepared using only the finest ingredients – Just like Aunt Betty Cole's original recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
Invert Sugar Syrup, Water, Wheat Flour, Glucose Syrup, Golden Syrup (10%), Rice Bran Oil, Milk Solids, Humectant (Glycerine), Raising Agents (Sodium Aluminium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Sugar, Modified Maize Starch, Dried Egg White, Salt, Gelling Agent (Propylene Glycol Alginate), Cinnamon, Preservatives (Sorbic Acid, Potassium Sorbate), Stabilisers (Xanthan Gum, Sodium Phosphate), Yeast, Emulsifiers (Monoglycerides of Fatty Acids, Soy Lecithin), Acid (Lactic Acid).
